Demon Hunter Series

Demon Hunter Series deals with the complex tensions and processes of perception that arise within human beings. However, the “Demon” and “Hunter” referred to in this series are not defined as specific symbols or fixed images.

The Demon may represent anxiety, impulses, or uncontrolled emotional states that arise within human beings, while it may also refer to states of tension formed through relationships with the external world. The Hunter is not simply a being that suppresses or eliminates these states, but rather a movement of perception that recognizes, responds to, and continuously changes through them.

This series visually explores the various moments of tension and transformation encountered within the human inner world and the external world. Through these works, I seek to express how human emotions and perceptions are formed and transformed, and how the ways in which we view ourselves and the world expand through this process.

디몬 헌터 시리즈

Demon Hunter Series 는 인간 내부에서 발생하는 복합적인 긴장과 인식의 과정을 다룬다.

그러나 이 시리즈에서 말하는 ‘Demon’과 ‘Hunter’는 특정한 상징이나 고정된 이미지로 규정되지 않는다.

Demon은 인간 내부에서 발생하는 불안, 충동, 혹은 통제되지 않는 감정 상태를 의미할 수 있으며, 동시에 외부 세계와의 관계 속에서 형성되는 긴장 상태일 수도 있다. Hunter 역시 이러한 상태를 단순히 억제하거나 제거하는 존재가 아니라, 그것을 인식하고 대응하며 끊임없이 변화하는 인식의 움직임으로 볼 수 있다.

이 시리즈는 인간의 내면과 외부 세계에서 마주하는 다양한 긴장과 변화의 순간을 시각적으로 탐구한다. 이 작품을 통해 인간의 감정과 인식이 어떻게 형성되고 변화하는지, 그리고 이러한 과정 속에서 자신과 세계를 바라보는 방식이 어떻게 확장되는지를 표현하고자 한다.
